All processes from the design of the molds used in Plastic Injection to the production are carried out by our experienced design and mold team in our company with high quality and precision in our CNC machine parkour.

After receiving the preliminary information and technical data from the customer during the mold manufacturing stages, the mold system is pre-designed with the common ideas of our mold designers and expert engineers. Mold design is started in the light of ideas. Once the mold design is completed, the production stages are started.

Part designs are distributed on conventional mold making benches. At the same time, orders for die set steel and equipment are placed. The molds that are finished with these processes are manufactured and assembled in accordance with the design by experienced mold masters. Manufactured molds are sent to the shipping department after the final measurement checks by our quality control teams and are packaged to be ready for shipment.
